Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "mp500" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the mp500 online gambling platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for providing the services available at mp500.ws.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on mp500 or uses any service provided by the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player following successful registration, used to access services, hold an IDR balance, and record all transactions and activity on the Platform.
• "Services" — all products and features offered on mp500, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), poker tournaments, baccarat, and crash games.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers are denominated on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by mp500 to Players, subject to the bonus terms detailed in Clause 6.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity-verification procedures required under the Platform's anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" — territories from which access to the Platform is restricted or forbidden by applicable law or by mp500's licensing conditions.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond mp500's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunication failures, or widespread network outages.

Eligibility

By registering an account with mp500, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have not previously been excluded or banned from mp500 or any other online gambling platform for fraudulent activity or terms violations.
4. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly forbidden by law.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of mp500 or its affiliated operators, game studios, or payment providers.
6. You are acting solely for recreational and entertainment purposes, and you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk.
7. You are of sound mind, not acting under duress, and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

mp500 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at any time where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met. Any winnings generated by an ineligible Account may be voided and the deposited funds returned at mp500's sole discretion.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on mp500. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact number. You must update your Account details promptly whenever any information changes. mp500 accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. mp500 will treat any activity carried out using your credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us in writing that your Account has been compromised. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately via the email address listed in Clause 16.

mp500 strongly encourages all Players to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account as an additional layer of security. While 2FA is not mandatory, its use significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is considered best practice for protecting your Account balance and personal information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mp500 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification for the relevant Account has been completed and approved. mp500 may also require KYC verification before processing deposits above certain thresholds or where suspicious account activity is detected.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of identity: Government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — must show full name, date of birth, and a clear photograph.
• Proof of address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or photo of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used to deposit — showing the account holder's name and account number. Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and Bank Permata.

All documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Redacted, blurred, or altered documents will be rejected. mp500 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle if required for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances on mp500 are held and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals; the amount you send is the amount credited to your Account, and the amount you withdraw is the amount that arrives in your designated bank account or e-wallet — subject to the minimums and processing windows described below.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically credited within 5 minutes of confirmation. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly or within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases. mp500 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mp500 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed according to the following committed timelines:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including public holidays.
• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): within 60 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB); requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next available banking window.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your Account, unless special written approval has been granted by the mp500 compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Players from unauthorised withdrawals. mp500 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times beyond the committed windows stated above.

Bonuses & Promotions

mp500 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (e.g., Ramadhan reload offers, Idul Fitri bonus packages, and Indonesian Independence Day cashback events on 17 August).

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's page explicitly states otherwise:

1. One bonus per Player, household, and IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all bonus amounts being voided.
2. Wagering requirements. Unless stated as "no wagering", all bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement for each promotion is published on the relevant promotion page and calculated on the total bonus amount received.
3. Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute as stated in the specific promotion terms. Togel and crash games may have individual contribution rates published per promotion.
4. Validity period. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unwagered bonus balance or associated winnings that remain on expiry will be forfeited without notice. Validity periods are published on each promotion page.
5. Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. Certain promotions apply a cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds. Where a cap applies, it is stated explicitly on the promotion page.
6. mp500's right to amend or cancel. mp500 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed for compliance.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on mp500 are final once confirmed. Players acknowledge that outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine, sportsbook odds engine, or draw system, and that mp500 has no ability to influence outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player. All slot and table game titles in the mp500 Casino lobby use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

For sports betting, odds are provided in real time and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. mp500 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, or the occurrence of irregular betting patterns that suggest market manipulation. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account.

For live casino games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette), the rules of the specific game variant apply as displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's internal result log, which is the authoritative record. Where a round cannot be resolved due to a critical system failure, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player.

mp500 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market at any time. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted without prior notice to reflect risk management requirements.

Responsible Gaming

mp500 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that, for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. Every registered Account comes with access to the following self-management tools, which can be activated at any time via Account Settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time-outs: Set a maximum duration for any single gambling session. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and prevented from logging back in until the time-out period expires.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mp500 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain a systematic edge over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other Players in poker tournaments or any other game where player-versus-player competition occurs.
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple registrations, coordinated wagering patterns, or any activity that constitutes bonus abuse as determined by mp500 in its sole discretion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the mp500 software, interface, or security systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mp500 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, interface design, software, graphics, text, and game assets — is the property of mp500 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and NetEnt) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mp500 content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of mp500 intellectual property will result in Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Data

mp500 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform experience.
• mp500 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Data is shared with payment processors (banks and e-wallet providers) solely to the extent necessary to process your transactions.
• All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are never retained in plain text.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support at the address in Clause 16, subject to legal retention requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mp500 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the Platform or inability to access it.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events beyond mp500's reasonable control.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including payment processors, game studios, or telecommunications providers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials or to promptly notify mp500 of suspected unauthorised access.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of a Player's voluntary use of the Services.

mp500's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

mp500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected on the Account.
• A Player's continued use of the Platform presents a risk to other Players, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform.
• mp500 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. mp500 is not obligated to return bonus balances or associated winnings where account closure is initiated due to terms violations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp500 holds its international gambling licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably through direct negotiation with the mp500 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits mp500's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions that would cause irreparable harm.

Amendments

mp500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mp500 will provide at least 7 days' notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where a registered Account email address is available, by sending an email notification to affected Players. Minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact the support team to request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
